About Our Name - Small Things

The store name Small Things comes from a quotation by Mother Theresa:
"We can do no great things. Only small things with great love."

Daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Other times by chance or by appt.
We are all volunteers so why not call ahead to (705) 586-7828.

More About the Store
We donate $30 per month ($1 a day) to the Paghman Primary School project in Afghanistan. Paghman, located near the capital Kabul, is a severely underserved district. This newly constructed school provides basic education to 2000 Afghan children.

Our fixed, friendly shelter cats range in price from $20 to $95.

Our start-up kits are only $20 and include dry and wet cat food, bowls, litter scoop, toys, a blanket, litter and box

Plus we have an ElderCats program. Our mature and shy cats are FREE. And for people on fixed incomes, we provide the initial basic supplies too! (Box, litter, scoop, dry and wet food.)
Every day is Adopt-A-Cat-Day at Small Things!
Dog and Cat Licenses
Drop by Small Things to purchase your 2013 City of Greater Sudbury Dog or Cat License. Small Things receives a commission on licenses we issue that supports the operation of the store!

The goal of the community group "Spay Neuter Rainbow District" (SNeRD) is to get affordable, accessible spaying and neutering for the Rainbow District's cats and dogs.
